This in-house training department provides valuable opportunities for employees, but the department image did not match the quality of the programs. And the inconsistent look of internal communications, job aids and training materials did not reflect well on the department. Big Idea: Studio d created an identity that reflects the benefits to the target audience, and integrated the identity across all department materials and communications.
